Today is my very first day teaching percussion method class in Michigan state university! Whenever a new class start, it reminds me of so much beautiful memory in Ithaca college - when I first came to America. Thanks to Professor Conrad Alexander and my American brother-Andrew Sickmeier, They helped me to prepare and get ready to teach a class in a second language. Three years ago, whenever I teach the method class, I couldn't sleep well, I got serious stomachache, and I was super nervous. Now, I'm still a little bit nervous, but I'm more excited to meet and work with young musicians for this semester!
